Being a great place to work is a key for our success and all MCs are committed to having a role to play in making that happen. Our purpose is to enable positive impact of growth for people, businesses and society and this applies also internally. We work in a culture guided by our values care and dare and we believe that it is our culture that can make growth happen. Where we care for each other, we also dare to explore the unknown. Our biggest responsibility is to give everyone clarity on how they can grow, in the way they want to grow, with us.
I was hired to ensure MC is a great place to work. It is rarely that this can be achieved by one person and luckily all MCs are committed to having a role to play in making that happen. It makes me proud to work with a team of 60+ colleagues supporting and actively participating in building a great place to work for us and for our future colleagues. This theme also continues to be one of our key strategy initiatives for the coming years.
Values guide our daily work
Our purpose is to enable positive impact of growth for people, businesses and society and this applies also internally. We believe we can have a positive impact on growth – for ourselves and others – by working in a culture guided by our values of care and dare: In a culture where we care for each other, we also dare to explore the unknown. Our values are strongly present in all of our daily work – in what we do and in how we do it.
At MC we stand united and we grow stronger together. We look at careers as individual paths, influenced by each team member’s professional and personal motivators, ambitions and growth plans. Supporting growth, we have recently focused on finding an approach for leadership that fits us the best and bringing it to life. For us, leadership means shared and mutual empowerment and building a stage on which each one of us gets to try, stumble and shine. Our biggest responsibility is to give everyone clarity on how they can grow, in the way they want to grow, with us. We believe in openness and shared accountability, and we trust everyone to take responsibility and make a difference.
We think that it is our culture that can make growth happen. It’s important for us to have fun and enjoy working together, and for us, it’s always we over me. We want to be a workplace, that enables happy and balanced team members, who have the courage and drive to think, see and go beyond. Now as many companies, we are working apart, but we are continuously seeking to find ways to stay close and connected to each other, and to make sure everyone is on a good track.
