Who are you and what do you do at MC?
Hi, I am Maria, a Senior Manager and Offering Lead for growth practice, Oslo office.
I started working at Marketing Clinic in 2013 and I was the second employee in the office at the time. It has been very exciting and fulfilling to see Marketing Clinic grow and prosper through all these years.

How would you describe your work at Marketing Clinic?
I am passionate about finding growth opportunities and helping our clients with business development. I believe in strong brands, as well as continuous work with customer needs. I am excited to see how businesses transform by becoming more customer-oriented.

What do you like the best about your job?
I like to strategize and solve challenges together with clients, share an advice and show support to the team. What I love the most is probably building business for both the clients and Marketing Clinic as a company. It is exciting to see when an idea becomes a solution, a challenge turns into a positive outcome.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to try new things and be creative. It shows both in my older hobbies like piano and cooking, as well as more recent ones like road cycling and mountain skiing. I like to have a serious talk about society or stock markets, while at the same time share a good laugh with my friends and family.

What’s your number 1 career tip for the younger self?
Focus on a bigger picture and use more time for reflection and planning, it could be more rewarding than you might think in the beginning. Create more and execute less.
