We are looking for a new colleague to join the Marketing Clinic team as Offering lead for our Commercial excellence services. With us you will get to work with the leading companies and brands, on a truly strategic level. As an ideal candidate you have management consulting experience relating to commercial operations. You have been highly involved in developing the ways of working in your customers’ sales and marketing organizations in projects relating to e.g. redefinition of commercial processes, establishing solid account management practices or redefining the roles and responsibilities in a marketing organization to make it fully equipped to capitalize on the opportunities of data driven marketing.

In this position, your work will include

  • Leading the development and commercialization of our services relating to Commercial excellence, building on client needs and business insights
  • Actively identifying sales opportunities and turning them into projects together with the whole Marketing Clinic team
  • Leading the planning and delivery of client projects
  • Acting as team lead and success manager for the Commercial excellence team
  • In addition to commercial operations related projects, you will have the opportunity to work not only on other areas of strategic management consulting e.g. in developing growth strategies, brands and customer experiences, but also master new skills on our other service areas relating to e.g. marketing technologies

We expect you to have

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting
  • Experience of successful project management and customer relationship building
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A master’s degree in a suitable field
  • Excellent skills in both English and Finnish
