Manager / Senior Manager level strategy professional

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Marketing Clinic team as offering lead for our Growth Strategy services. As an ideal candidate you have management consulting experience relating to strategy development, deal/ M&A background is also highly valued. You are familiar with strategy frameworks and ways of working in developing business and commercial strategies.

In this position, your work will include

  • Leading the development and commercialization of our strategy services, building on client needs, business insights and of course your experience
  • Actively identifying sales opportunities and turning them into projects together with the whole Marketing Clinic team
  • Leading the planning and delivery of client projects
  • Acting as team lead for the Growth Strategy team
  • In addition to strategy related projects, you will have the opportunity to work not only on other areas of strategic management consulting e.g. in commercial excellence, brands and customer experiences, but also master new skills on our other service areas relating to e.g. marketing technologies

We expect you to have

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience in management consulting
  • Experience of successful project management and customer relationship building
  • Strong presentation skills and analytical mindset
  • A master’s degree in a suitable field
  • Excellent skills in both English and Finnish
