Salla Vainio has been appointed as CEO to drive Marketing Clinic’s mission of unleashing Nordic potential in the global market.

Since its founding, Marketing Clinic has helped Nordic brands shorten the path from strategy to market impact by integrating long-term strategic planning with capabilities for real-time marketing. To drive its mission of unleashing Nordic potential throughout the global market, Marketing Clinic has appointed Salla Vainio as its new CEO.

Salla Vainio, M.Sc. (Econ.), has previously worked as CEO of Fondia Oyj, the market-shaping law firm, in leadership positions at Sanoma Corporation and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, among other key positions. Thanks to her extensive international experience, Vainio is in an excellent position to strengthen Marketing Clinic’s ambitious growth targets and support its team of professionals on the Nordic level.

In today’s increasingly competitive business environment, the path from business strategy and product development to commercialization is often too long. The ability to react to changing consumer needs, optimize operations and harness the opportunities of digitalization in marketing and sales are increasing the pressure on organizations and professionals.

Marketing Clinic’s goal is to offer its customers experts in strategic planning and practical marketing execution under one roof. The appointment of a new CEO will enable Marketing Clinic’s current CEO and founder Catharina Stackelberg to focus more on demanding customer work.
